Visiting Students

Your semester abroad at European Management School

If you study at the European Management School (EMS) in Mainz, you are in the middle of a lively student town in the heart of the economically strong Rhine-Main region. Despite the 2,000-year history, the state capital of Rhineland-Palatinate has remained young. In Mainz, tradition and progress are united. Sociability and openness characterize the modern city whose most famous son, Johannes Gutenberg, with his invention of the printing press, laid the foundations for modern media communications.

European Management School currently has over 100 partner universities worldwide and welcomes international students either through its exchange programmes or as study abroad students.

As a sister campus of the Cologne Business School (CBS), EMS has been part of the Erasmus+ Programme of the EU Commission since 2010 and has signed around 40 cooperation agreements within this framework. Students of these partner universities are welcome to apply for a study abroad semester which is sponsored through the Erasmus+ programme. In order to find out whether your home university has signed an Erasmus+ agreement with the CBS, please click here or contact the Erasmus+ coordinator at your home institution.
